organic The need to complete


When I started studying nutrition, I also thought it was possible and even easy, all the nutrition I needed from diet alone to achieve.


What I discovered was a shock to me. Over the past 50 years, the quality of the food or the availability of nutrients in our diet has steadily decreased. This is true even for people who believe eating healthy today. Why is it so? The complete answer is complex, but briefly, mineral nutrients in our soil, in combination with green harvest (which are the natural biology of the plant before it, most of the nutrients that we should always produced, interrupt) and new toxins in Our environment is found in production that simply are fewer nutrients available for us more than ever found in the foods themselves. Organic products offer some major advantages, but most are harvested when still green, and thus before the majority of the nutrients produced included. At least they have lower levels of man-made toxins, such as some non-organic products.

This problem is compounded by our fast food diet. Too often we eat not only calories, but does not provide the nutrients needed. We feed our bodies, but we feed our bodies. Nutrients provide the building blocks of all functions of our cells. If only we, our bodies, with the calories that are robbed of our bodies of the other components essential for good health.

Many of us take better care of our vehicles and our bodies.

Although it is therefore important that we all learn how to choose a better diet is also important that we take to complete, as compensation for lack of food and nutrients that our body needs so badly. There is no single nutrient that compensate for deficiencies in other nutrients. We completed the fair, which provide us the quality of all sources of nutrients, provided that the other in the right proportions.

To be clear, this means additional supplement. There is no substitute for a healthy diet. We should all eat more whole foods and fewer processed foods.

Mega doses of individual vitamins are not necessarily an advantage for us. In fact, some studies have shown that some fat-soluble vitamins are not taken in extremely high amounts. That certainly makes sense to me. Imagine simply as a supplement provides nutrients that should be in your diet. Vitamins, minerals and other nutritional supplements often components work in synergy with each other, so it is important that you get all the nutrients needed to support the natural biological functions, too.
