Americas Coffee Culture enters the new millennium Java
Dependence on American coffee enters the new millennium.
As I sip on my warmer, nonfat vanilla latte, I realize that my Chico State University days are now just faded, distant memory. Seven years have passed, and the drum sessions late at night, sipping the hot stale Mochas are looking grungesters served in Cafe Maxx blurry blurry. Are now in the New Millennium Java.

Recently, I was thinking of my favorite research report I wrote in school. I was an American study of children and an American, I wrote about American Coffee Culture. The project is still burning brightly in my brain caffeine. What happens American coffee culture? I'm slowly realizing that America has entered the new millennium and the Java-culture, also has a boom without me.

As we move into 00s, North and South American coffee culture literally spills into our daily lives. The latest jab represented in modern scene of the cafe was in tack, regardless Mock-u-film complementary, Best in Show. A plaintive, yuppie couple in detail how they met at Starbucks. In fact, he visited a Starbucks, while they were chatting on their laptop at Starbucks, on the opposite side of the road. Dialogue funny soymilk frappe whipped cream and extra hot, double CAPPS made me laugh. Best in Show, exactly satire satirical shows the culture of Starbucks coffee under the influence of commuters of the Millennium.

I'm not just a java junkie certifiable but I make it a point of observation Java other addicts in their natural habitat: lurking in coffee shops and restaurants where a cup of coffee is the drink of choice. As a teenager I thought it was coffee for the elderly. As I watch casually, in line at Starbucks, I see surprise as Britney Spears-girl, like a double espresso and then shoot them down, without batting an eyelid. Not their parents, warn that coffee stunts growth? I think not. I did not know that young people were drinking coffee in those days.

Although there are many tried and true coffee drinker, that stick with their Maxwell House and Folgers instant and avoid drinks froofy, as my father lovingly expressed coins. My father was one of persistent racial black coffee drinker. Although my father with the elite tried Java and Starbucks, who regularly visits today. My father was in the coffee culture of the Millennium.

The other phenomenon is that the coffee is fast catching the cyber-cafe. You can get a cappuccino and then you catch yourself with your e-mail. The concept of Cyber Cafe shows where our fast, techno-culture is to us, in which two types of dependencies (coffee and internet) are paired in relationships sinful. The marketing concept is brilliant and appeals to those who need to meet, and in an expeditious solution to addiction.

The other fascinating trend that reflects our contemporary culture is the obsession with coffee healthy alternatives. My mother is a good example. She is very health conscious and has its intake of milk to see. My favorite place is a decaf soy milk beer. Soy? When I was in college, the soybean has not yet been invented (well, it was, but I think it was earlier), such as cattle feed. With the influx of healthy eating America, coffee plantations provide milk substitutes like soy milk. Although bio-chemical-free coffee beans are sold and served in cafes, which again reflects the awareness of health Americas.

As my caffeine buzz wears off and I log into my computer, I can live again and try to evoke the good old days of cultureah American coffee, if one is a cafe mocha and Starbucks was a new concept. It seems that I need to wake up, grab my soy milk, and brings it to North and South American coffee culture in the Internet café. Welcome to the New Millennium Java
